The Louisiana Boardwalk operates a full-service Information Center with the following services; wheelchair and stroller distribution, store and Bossier City/Shreveport information.  You can also purchase Boardwalk Gift Cards and Louisiana Boardwalk Merchandise at the Information Center.  In addition, our customer service representatives will assist you in becoming a member of our VIP Club, as well as, accommodate our charter bus tours to the Boardwalk.

(The Customer Service kiosk is located at the base of the main parking structure.)
